Meet Chloe, who inspired the Chloe Care Package…
I had been focussing combining soul level animal communication with energy healing for problem pets, as it’s so often why people book readings. Chloe taught me it’s valuable for so much more than just trying to “fix” things. Chloe is 14 year old cat whose guardian just wanted to do her best to support her as she deals with multiple health issues. The results were amazing for all of us, Chloe being able to reassure her human that she was doing all the right things, and the the human being able find out what was working and what wasn’t, and me to learn what incredible power lies in this combination. The combination of communication and energy healing brought Chloe so many benefits I was blown away by the results and wanted to create a package in her honour.
Chole’s guardian says:
I knew during my first session with Kate that she’d truly connected with Chloe when Chloe said, “I am PERFECTION!” and that “playing was beneath her”. Anyone who knows Chloe knows that this is 1000% percent her personality. Chloe was diagnosed with feline kidney disease in November 2019 when she was 11 yrs old after running routine blood work. Thankfully Chloe’s kidney disease has only barely progressed, and she’s considered stable, but as she ages, she’s developed other problems including high-blood pressure related vision problems and feline tooth reabsorption which is terribly painful. Kate has asked Chloe about all of her health issues, and we’ve learned so many important, useful things.
Chloe would not leave my closet and was barely eating for over three weeks this summer. Having just lost my sweet kitty Bitsy two weeks before, I was concerned Chloe’s passing was imminent, and I just wasn’t sure I could bear the loss of another pet so soon. I booked a session with Kate in order to understand how I could better support Chloe. Kate connected with Chloe and learned it was hard for her to focus her eyes on objects around her and being in the dark was preferable. The closet was safe, dark and due to my excellent cat butler skills, contained food, water and a nearby litter box. She told Kate she was happy with the arrangement and that I didn’t need to worry. While Chloe definitely has health challenges, the sense I got from the first session with Kate was “I’m not going today! I just can’t see well right now and want the safety and security of the closet, thank you”. Kate was able to tell Chloe that the blood pressure tablets I was giving her twice daily would help her vision issues. That was a light bulb moment for Chloe, and she said she’d give me less of a hassle when I gave her the pills since they were indeed helping (but she said she’d never make it easy for me because she didn’t want me to think for a minute she was ok with taking meds).
It was a light bulb moment for me when Chloe told Kate that she actually liked receiving subcutaneous fluids (which are given for her kidney disease) because they made her feel better. Chloe let Kate feel how the fluids pepped her up and made her feel better. Chloe also told Kate that when she sat near the spot where I keep the fluid bag she’s actually asking for fluids! I was floored to learn this!
The first time I asked Kate to use Body Code healing on Chloe, I actually felt/heard Chloe say in my mind “Yes! I want this.” I could discern this thought was not my own, it was so cool! The Body Code healing session definitely had an impact. Chloe seemed to feel substantially better based on her behavior. Shortly after the session her appetite improved significantly, in fact, she woke me up 3 mornings in a row asking to be fed. She also finally departed the closet and also asked to lay on the balcony over the next several days, previously a daily ritual for her. I was so pleased, and so grateful we had done the combination of Soul Level Animal Communication and Body Code healing.
My sessions with Kate have profoundly deepened my understanding of Chloe and what’s going on with her. I’ve learned so much about what she needs and wants. I’ve made the decision to no longer take her for quarterly blood tests to check her kidney values. This decision is best for us and I’m in no way saying other people should do the same, but I’ve decided that it’s an established fact she has kidney disease, and her values have remained stable for 3 years, so why keep putting her through quarterly blood tests? She hates them, they’re expensive and what new information will I gain from them? I’ve decided that money is much better spent on sessions with Kate to find out what Chloe needs most in terms of support as she ages. I am so grateful for Kate’s help. If you have an aging pet, or a pet with medical issues, I recommend booking some time with Kate so you can hear what your beloved pet has to say about their situation.
