Is it any wonder that with all these beliefs that we’re blocking a naturally abundant state? Even when we start to suspect there is another way to live, it’s really hard to overcome those beliefs. The more we believe these things, the more evidence the Universe will present to support our beliefs.
The Abundance program consists of a initial pre-session guide to prepare you for the evaluation by thinking about your current situation and about what you want to achieve. It also contains some advice about dreaming in to the life you want.
And when you’re ready, you’ll book your evaluation session.
In the evaluation session we will explore your history and your beliefs and identify any negative vibrations as well as the absence of positive vibrations. These findings will form your personalised abundance plan! Using the Body Code we’ll work on those imbalances to remove the things holding you back.
3 further Body Code Abundance sessions complete the package, in which we will work through the imbalances that came up during the assessment.
We’ll also use the Belief Code as necessary to remove any belief systems which are in the way of your abundance.
Throughout your journey we’ll be measuring your “modes”: your “abundant mode” (pulling in the direction of abundance), your “stagnant mode” (where you feel stuck) and your “lack mode” (where you’re actually pulling away from abundance). These modes, along with metrics that measure your alignment with your abundance goal, will indicate how you’re progressing after each session. Seeing your progress is hugely motivating and helps activate your abundance mode more!
Everybody’s resistance and healing journey is unique to them. After the first healing session you’ll see how your “modes” change and that will give you some idea of progress. If you wish to continue your journey after the package, you can book more Body Code sessions individually and we’ll continue working on your personalised abundance plan!

Your progress, however, in the form of the vibrations we add and remove, and the imbalances healed, is recorded in a session guide which you will receive a copy of after every session.
How does the package work?
When you pay for the package you’ll get a code that can be used to book 1 x 50 minute Abundance Evaluation session and 3 x 50 minute Body Code™ Abundance sessions.
How do I schedule the appointments?
Please book the Abundance Evaluation first and the next session as soon as you like. The rest of the sessions can be booked as you wish: we advise leaving a few days between them (or a week if you have a Belief Code© session). This is to allow the healing to integrate before you have the next one as things might shift a bit.
You won’t know in advance if we’re doing a Belief Code in a session (it depends what comes up), however you are always able to reschedule any session up to 24 hours before the appointment.
