Rescheduling, Cancellation and No-Show
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment through the appointment confirmation email you received.
If you cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment time you can request either a refund or a voucher code. The refund will be processed manually by Kate, so please email her requesting either a voucher code to book another appointment, or to request a refund. Note that the processing fees charged by Stripe will not be refunded as they are not received by Kate.
At the time of writing, Stripe fees are 1.4% + 20p for UK cards (+1.1% for European Economic Area) or 2.9% + 20p for international cards. This is just an indicative cost and the actually fees in place at the time of cancellation will apply and will not be refunded Please bear this in mind if you request a refund.
If you miss your appointment no refund will be given except in exceptional circumstances, at Kate’s discretion.
